Fish Creek on the rise

This is a short, cinematic description of wet weather in all its glory.

         We drove up Sunday, the day before the muck and mire apocalypse. We had dinner at the Kitchen, like we always do on the first night of the encampment. To keep things short and simple, Wednesday was the only sunny day in the rather wet, weak week.

Sheriff (from the English, shire Reeve) Dan Culligan, on the right, is carrying the latest newspaper, in which the weather report for the Basin is sheer doom and gloom. He is very despondent (as you can tell by the way he is walking), His wife, Sally (on the left), however, remains jaunty, perky, and pretty.

                We left Thursday in the turbulence of another rain storm.

Vertigo (pronounced verteego) Bay

Every once and a while, people will experience the Vertigo Bay; this is where the head goes for a swim but not the body.

         This unusual condition happened to, not one but two, of our community. Both received personal, private rides to the House of Decontamination where they received digital exorcisms. Within a few hours, they were returned to us, free of the Vertigo Bay.

             Names cannot be named lest the demons of the Bay (Basin) retaliate and cause the victims to be drowned in their own subconscious and cause them to be unconscious during periods of sexual arousal, or when wanting a Dunkin' Donuts coffee roll. Let the demons of the sacred Basin be given a libation for the safe return of our comrades...

     It's a wonderful bunch of cocanuts that inhabit the Sacred Basin. Everyone helps you out. It's a long summer and more will be forth coming forth.. 

We are all praying for Phil Dean

Phil Dean, husband of Judy Dean, has been in Albany Medical Center and will be returning to the Sacred Basin soon. He might already be there. Let us all turn our thoughts and good vibes his way.
